Requirements

When Bev reached out she was wanting us to create a video that helped potential clients get a feel for the type of realtor that she was and also gave them a sense of what type of person she was outside of work as well, hoping to connect them on a personal level. Bev also wanted to put a heavy emphasis on the Duluth area because of both her own and many of her clients connection to the beauty of the area.

Solution

After listening to Bev’s vision for her video we knew right away that the best way to help potential clients “get to know her” through her video would be to create story-focused, brand video. This way we could have her share with the viewer how she got into real estate, her unique process, as well as highlight Bev’s love for the area and some of her favorite things to do in the area that we figured many potential buyers would connect with too.
