Client

The Mesabi Trail is a 132-mile, paved bicycle path stretching from Grand Rapids to Ely, Minnesota. The trail meanders through small towns such as Marble, Keewatin, Hibbing, Mountain Iron, Virginia, and Gilbert, and traverses much of the abandoned railway grade.

Requirements

On behalf of their client Mesabi Trail, Strateligent contacted Old Saw Media with a request to produce a collection of videos that would showcase the trail's features, including the diverse range of activities, communities, and the remarkable engineering behind its completion.

Solution

Strateligent managed all pre-production aspects of the project, and Old Saw Media worked in close collaboration with them to devise a concept for a high-energy video that would effectively capture a vast area and diverse range of activities in a relatively short duration.

For the production, Old Saw Media took charge of all cinematography aspects and post-production, including copywriting, editing, color correction, motion graphics, sound mixing, and design.
